Bio:
I am from London and have lived in Northern Ireland since 2004.
I have always loved helping people to get clear on what is bothering them and what they can do about it.
I have had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life and all aspects of the community for 20 years; people who have struggled with all of life's trials and tribulations (from stress and anxiety to grief and loss to sexual abuse) and those who have survived the trauma of violent conflict and all that that brings.
I have also worked as a neurodiversity coach for the past 13 years, supporting people in the workplace.
Originally, I trained as an artist and a dancer and followed a rich and varied path which led me to India for nine months. I always loved to sing. I am fascinated by life and the unseen, the in-between; what lies behind the veil, the mask.
I am interested in supporting you to find your own way through whatever is going on for you, to a place you would prefer to be.

Training:
I have had the great good fortune to be trained in the most creative and effective therapeutic approaches, including:
Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy, Post-Grad Diploma with James Lawley
(preceded by NLP to Master Practitioner level)
The Clean Language of David Grove and
Symbolic Modelling with Penny Tompkins and  James Lawley
EFT and Matrix Reimprinting with Karl Dawson
EMDR with Michael Paterson
Eye Movement Neurointegration with Sue Bayliss
